best thing was the efficient tram network and bus systems that allowed us to get to the theme parks, along popular streets like Cavell avenue and was also a cheap way of travelling. we really appreciated that.

The Gold Coast is just beautiful, relaxed & friendly.
The Gold Coast is just beautiful, relaxed & friendly.
We stayed at The Iconic in Kirra Beach, which was super handy for the FISHER concert at Coolangatta - KIWI'S Love FISHER!
The food at Siblings was not just good, it was outstanding! It is a culinary experience not to be missed.
The love Street Cafe - the line out the door is worth the wait - the food is wholesome and delicious!
We visited the Pacific Fair - well laid out, with great shops & excellent food.
Burleigh Pavilion is not just a place to drink and eat, it's a vibrant hub where you can mingle while overlooking the surf-break.
Kira & Kira Furniture Store in Burleigh Heads is the store to be noticed. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the stock quality is fabulous, including the one-off pieces and unique artwork. They have a design team to help with the complete set-up of your home and more!

The location of Broadbeach.
The location of Broadbeach. Walking distance to conveniences and public transportation was important because I'm not driving. There is a car park and a bike rack in the lower level if needed. Any issues were met with prompt attention.
The light rail was further away than I thought, but unless you wanted to go to town centers, the bus stop around the corner took me where I wanted to go, like Seaworld.

Very good place for family visit and entertainment.
Very good place for family visit and entertainment. Our favorite places are sea world resort to stay and and theam parks to visit. Food from local Cafe and sea world resort dining was excellent. It us easy to get around.
Very modern and comfortable. Views were fantastic. 24 hr reception.
Plenty of space and conveniences in the serviced apartments. Close to supermarket ( virtually on the ground floor), coffee shops and restaurants.
A short walk to the light rail on the Gold Coast which services shops, beaches and tourist attractions.
Our apartment was on the 51st floor and was extremely quiet.
Great value for money. Great to get away during Covid. Covid safety was followed at the hotel.
We didn’t have time to check out the pool and spa.
The view from the room was fabulous. We could see the beach plus the gold coast water ways. The room was very large and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, we only needed the room for one night as it was a last minute booking due to our plans at the time. Will definitely come back with family and friends next time, hopefully for longer. The room has everything a family needs and was extremely clean. Loved it! Location was great. We could walk everywhere and did not need our vehicle.
This is an amazing hotel, facilities were clean and beautiful, staff all friendly and helpful. TV was huge in my room and bed so comfortable. I love love love this hotel. And so close - just next door to the airport means I was able to sleep a little later before my very early flight. I have family who live down the other end of Gold Coast so really only needed the room for the final night - after looking on the internet I made sure i was there at 2pm for check in and I was not disappointed.
Location is great. The Gold Coast is perhaps the most overrated destination in Australia, but popular with some domestic tourists. This results in high costs which don't equate with the other countries. So forgetting that for a moment, the facilities were fine to a point, a tram ride away from Surfer's Paradise and near cheap and mid range food options. The hotel/bar is very cosy and friendly. It's a slice of Australiana in an otherwise gaudy destination.
I DID LIKE THAT THERE IS A HOTEL WHICH CATERS FOR PET OWNERS, THE FLAT WAS VERY WELL EQUIPED (BETTER THAN MAJOR HOTELS IN BROAD BEACH WHERE I NORMALLY STAY) AND IT WAS COMFORTABLE, LOCATION IS SOMETHING YOU ARE COMPROMISING ON IN ORDER TO TAKE A DOG WITH YOU ON HOLIDAYS. NO OTHER HOTEL IN GOLD COAST CATERS FOR PETS INCLUDED IN FAMILY STAY. FLAT HAD DOGS BED, SNACKS AND SMALL DOGS TOY PROVIDED. GREAT LARGE SHOWER AND WASHING MACHINE IN A FLAT.
The room is spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a huge shopping center across the road. It is very convenient to do shopping for food and all kinds of products. There is also a nice food court there with good varieties. It is very nice to do some cooking for a family's stay. The public transportation is very convenient. The terminal for bus to the airport and light rail is in front of the hotel.
The hotel was the perfect choice for us. Location was right at the center of Gold Coast. We traveled as a group of 4 adults & 1 child and the apartment had more than enough room for us. I love the open living, dining & kitchen area that opens up to the huge balcony. Amenities were also great and the staff were very friendly & approachable. There's also available parking at the basement.
4 of us, Looking forward to the "Continental breakfast" we paid $100 extra for to find 3 different cereals and a couple of loafs of bread bought from a shop and 2 cheap Kmart toasters. No Pastries, No Coffee Machine, nothing just bread and cheap cereal. Bargain for the Hotel, they must have scored at least $90 profit from False advertising and what it cost to feed us.
The staff were efficient when i notified them what i had come across in the room when we had checked in, offered to put us in another room but was happy to stay in that room and have the bedding changed. Other then that the room was clean and comfy. Great location and cheaper parking then anywhere else around the gold coast.
The view was great. Facilities at the property are fantastic. A wonderful garden, tennis courts, bbqs, pool area, playground allowed us to enjoy time with extended family, The property is directly on the beach and easy walking access to Surfers Paradise and a little further to Broadbeach.
First class, the 2 bedroom spa room was very spacious and clean with wonderful modern decor!
The facilities were great and the staff were so friendly. The Q1 is now 100% my new ‘go to’ hotel on the Gold Coast - just AMAZING!!!
It was spacious and the views were spectacular. Perfect location. The tram stop was so close it was just best to get around, as it was cheap to travel with. The aircon helped and it was handy to have the washing machine.
Great location and only a short walk to the beach and also having Coles supermarket opposite was very handy. The carpark across the road, is actually a lot cheaper than the hotel carpark.
This place was higher class house near a park and cafe and just down the road from the train station and mall which ended up being cheap Ubers, convenient for us.
I was just looking for a cheap overnight stay on the Gold Coast that wasn't a dorm and this place came up. In a tower block right at the casino it was 5 star!
